SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our studio in CINCINNATI. We currently ship with UPS and USPS.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left.
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at SHOPHANDB@GMAIL.COM. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful.
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
At H&B we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at SHOPHANDB@GMAIL.COM. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 15 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause.
